Searches will be carried out using information given by the customer on the initial enquiry form.If it is later found that this information is wrong then Family Search.co.uk will not be held responsible for giving wrong information based on the original information given by the customer. |

Family Search.co.uk reserves the right to reject any search request. The customer will be informed and no payment will be taken. |

If Family Search.co.uk cannot find the information requested using the details given on the original enquiry form then there will be no charge and any monies taken will be refunded. |

Once Family Search.co.uk has issued a certificate for a birth, marriage or death the cost of that certificate cannot be refunded. |

Once the first certificate has been issued further searches can be carried out by Family Search.co.uk once a fee has been agreed by both parties. The fee will depend on how much information is requested and the length of search time involved. |
